Restaurant:
We cater for Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Jain, Swaminarayan , Halal meals on most of the European & international tours and as specified on each itinerary. However, if you have any special request, we will try our best to provide it but we cannot guarantee. On most of our tours, we provide dinners at restaurants, the menu will be preset but if wanted we can also provide a choice of menu for any pvt groups. Any beverages (e.g. tea, coffee, soft drinks or alcohol) you order will be at your own cost.
Train tickets & Ferry Crossings :
Please contact our London office for group bookings for the Eurostar, other European trains as well as ferry crossings.
Visa support
Many of our clients require our assistance with visas to the European countries. Our staff understand the importance of turning around correct visa support in a timely fashion.

We have pre-planned both inbound and outbound ferry crossing suitable with the relevant itinerary. We reserve the right to direct tours to alternative ports if necessary or change the timings of the ferry crossing

Emergencies:
An emergency is a situation that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property or environment. Most emergencies require urgent intervention to prevent a worsening of the situation, although in some situations, mitigation may not be possible and hence we may only be able to offer the service of answering the calls 24/ 7 and try to find a solution for each and every problems.
